Refund and Return Policy for CloneCard.net

To ensure your complete satisfaction. our Cloned Cards products. Here is our refund and return policy:
1. Return Eligibility:
Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or does not work as advertised, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.
Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. However We will arrange to return the incorrect item and send the correct one at no extra cost to you.
Change of Mind: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Please make sure the product meets your needs before purchasing.
2. How to initiate a return:
Contact Us: Notify us on Telegram at support@clonecard.net or through our customer service portal on the website within the 30-day return period. Please include your order number, reason for return, and also any photos or descriptions of the problem.
Return Authorization: We will also provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to complete the return.
Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product to us. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Include the RMA number on the shipping label.
3. Refund Process for Cloned Cards:
Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item. If it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Refund: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Replacement: If you choose a replacement, the new product will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Items that are not refundable:
Personalized products: Personalized or personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty.
Opened or used items: For health and safety reasons, any product that has been used or whose packaging has been altered can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
5. Return conditions of Cloned Cards:
The product must be in the same condition as when received, with all the original packaging, accessories and documentation.
Any sign of abuse or misuse will disqualify the item from any eligibility for refund or return.
6. Shipping costs:
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or for a defective product.
7. Warranty:
Please note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty; please refer to the product details for more information.
8. Limitations:
We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds/returns at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the returns policy has been abused.
